“Podróże po kulturze” means “to travel across culture”
This blog is a collection of tips and stories based on my travel experiences. It’s mainly focused on tourism, but it also combines travelling with cultural activities.
I mostly travel solo. I explore Lesser Poland and Cracow area (where I live), I travel across Poland, I tour Europe, but I left my heart in Japan.
I am fond of old-fashioned SPA resorts, manor houses and places filled with memories.
I love museums, heritage, and cozy places where one can sleep. And islands.
I don’t look for Indiana Jones-like adventures on my journey. I choose peaceful and quiet spots where one can enjoy tasty food.
I am also an author of Krakow guidebooks. One of them – „Kraków. Nieprzewodnik dla turystów i mieszkańców” – was published under the patronage of Krakow UNESCO City of Literature, and the first edition sold out in 6 weeks!

Why me & my blog?
My articles are personal, substantive and practical, but not boring. I say NO! to bare-bones and copy/paste from Wikipedia.
I am a storyteller inspired by my readers to travel and discover. My articles are readable, engaging, entertaining and crawled by Google (where 80% of the traffic comes from).
I don’t fear getting off the beaten track and see what traditional tourists won’t. In 2018 I did “12 cities in 12 months”, a project in which I visited such unpopular Polish towns as Jaworzno, Radom or Sosnowiec. I would lie if I said that all of them were breathtaking.
I also travel in the footsteps of movies, literature, and artists. Culture, art and architecture are the three things that I examine in depth during my trips.

Some of previous cooperation’s
Thanks to Visit Turku I fulfilled my dream of visiting the Moomin Valley in Finland while preparing a guide about the best tourist attractions in Turku.
Thank to the invitation from the Cottbus Tourist Centre I visited and wrote an article about this German town.
In cooperation with Leipzig Tourismus I prepared guide about attractions of this city.
In cooperation with Europastadt Görlitz-Zgorzelec I prepared article and dozens of social media posts about Goerlitz.
I also went on study trips to: Salzburg in the footsteps of Mozart (cooperation with Salzburg.info) and Graz (cooperation wirh Graz Tourismus), which I presented as an interesting city break destination for the inhabitants of southern Poland.
What can we do together?
I write guide, reviews, reports, and know-how articles in which I share my travel experience and hacks. I promote responsible, non-mass and culture-oriented tourism and the use of public transportation.
The details of a cooperation are always arranged individually.
I also send information to my newsletter subscribers and prepare additional posts for social media (Facebook and Instagram) and prepare a short video (upon request).
I’m especially interested in long-term cooperation.
